I was actually happy with the selection on hellobennys.com. There was more to browse than I expected, and it didn’t take long to find a few things that caught my eye.
A couple of items could use a little more detail or maybe a few extra options, but overall it felt like a "good" shopping experience. I’d definitely check back again.

I spent some time looking through hellobennys.com because I was interested, but I ended up backing out. There just wasn’t enough clear info for me, and I couldn’t find much that made me feel confident it was a legit place to order from. I kind of regret wasting time on it, because I really wanted it to work out, but I didn’t feel good about entering my card details. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me it just felt off.

They got back to me quickly and kept me in the loop without me having to chase anything up. I had one small question and they answered it clearly the same day. Really easy to deal with and no stress atall

So yeah, I’d order from hellobennys.com again. Everything showed up safe, nothing was damaged, and the whole delivery felt solid overall.
The box arrived in good shape, with no crushed corners or leaks, and the items were wrapped securely without making me wrestle with the packaging. My only small gripe is that there was a bit more packing paper than seemed necessary, which felt a little wasteful. Still, since everything arrived perfectly fine, I’m happy with it

It took a little while, but after I messaged support they were able to sort everything out. Overall, it ended up being a smooth experience.

I’ve been waiting on my refund for what feels like forever, well, not forever, but way longer than I expected. It’s been frustrating not knowing when it’ll finally come through.

But once they got back to me, the exchange went smoothly and the new one arrived fine. I’d probably order again, just wish the response time was a little quicker
